These discontinued items are first quality rugs from the name brands that you trust, and most are priced to move to make room for this year's new items. Sorry, no returns on these selections. Available while supplies last. If a closeout rug is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

 


DAMAGED ITEMS
Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you received a damaged rug or the wrong item, you must notify us within 4 business days. Rugs A Bound cannot honor any claims after that 4 day period. When notifying us of damage, you will need to submit photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Typically, once the initial damage claim has been processed, a damage call tag will be issued. In these cases, you are not responsible for return shipping costs. Once the rug has been received and inspected and shown to be damaged or the wrong item, a replacement shipment will be sent, if available. If a replacement is not desired, upon request Rugs A Bound will issue a refund, following the receipt and inspection of the damaged or wrong item.

Please note, if a rug shipped to Alaska or Hawaii is received damaged, we must be notified immediately. If a closeout or custom rug is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If a rug is returned as damaged, but upon inspection the merchandise is found to be non-defective there will be a 15% restock fee, and the cost of shipping will be charged as well.

 


PRICE MATCH
Rugs A Bound will match the price of any valid source including online retail competitor, store or catalog advertising of the exact same item and size. Before your order is placed, to request a price match, fill out the price match form. The submission will be reviewed, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Price Match may not be combined with any other offers or coupons. Price Match looks at the total costs involved, since other sites often charge shipping, handling and processing fees as well as taxes. For an item to be eligible for a price match, the competitor must have the exact same item and size in stock. Also phone quotes, private sale sites (such as Gilt), auction sites, “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers, closeout, discontinued rugs, clearance items, overstock or other liquidations offered by other retailers are not applicable to this offer.

 


PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed is suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

With respect to items sold by Rugs A Bound, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be misprinted or have missing pricing attributes. If an item's correct price is higher than the invoice price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 


PRIVACY
Rugs A Bound respects your right to privacy. We do not sell any information collected on this site. We will only share information, that is necessary to ship an order.

Your confidential credit card information will remain secure at all times. Rest assured when you see the "https" at the beginning of the check out pages or the padlock in the address bar, that your information is safely being encrypted and transmitted.

 


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory, occasionally a particular item(s) may be temporarily out of stock. In the occasion that this happens, Rugs A Bound asks for your patience and hopes that we can accommodate you as soon as possible and will ship your order to you as soon as it is available.

If an order contains multiple items, Rugs A Bound will make a partial shipment of the available items to ensure you get your item(s) in the fastest time. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for partial shipments due to out of stock items ordered. The out of stock items will ship as soon as they become available.

Closeout rugs are clearance items that sell very quickly once prices are reduced. If Rugs A Bound learns that it cannot supply the ordered closeout product(s), Rugs A Bound will cancel your order for the product(s) that we cannot supply. If you are interested, Rugs A Bound may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs.

 


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Rugs A Bound attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Rugs A Bound does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product offered by Rugs A Bound itself is not as described, you may return it in unused condition within the guidelines of general returns.

Please note that all rug sizes listed on Rugs A Bound are approximate. Hand made rug sizes may vary due to the hand made nature of the rugs. Variations in size are normally within plus or minus three inches. This is a characteristic of the way that these rugs are individually woven. This is not a manufacturer defect. Machine made rugs sizes will sometimes vary slightly.

 


PRODUCT IMAGES
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in settings of digital screens, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and the image on your device's screen. We make every effort to show you an image of the exact size and shape of the rug you are purchasing. If this image is not available, we display the standard rectangular rug images of a 5' x 8' or 8' x 11' depending on availability from the manufacturer. Please note that smaller sizes, such as 2' x 3's, will usually have the patterned scaled down to fit the smaller dimensions which does cause variations from the images of the larger sized rugs.

 


PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If you purchase a rug that comes with a promotional item, such as a "free rug pad," your promotional item may ship separately from your rug, and it may arrive on a different day than your rug. If you choose to return the rug (See Return Policy for details) which came with a promotional item, you must also return the promotional item, or we will subtract the cost of the promotional item from your refund.

 


REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a rug shipment is refused, a 25% restock fee will be applied, and the cost of shipping will be charged as well. It is to your advantage to receive a shipment and then return the item(s). See above for damaged items concerns.

 


RETURN POLICY - NO RESTOCKING FEES*
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online rug purchase, but from time to time, there may be an issue with a product. We hope to ensure that any problem is resolved quickly and efficiently; if there is a problem with your online rug order, you must return the rug(s) within 21 days of the ship date in order to receive an exchange or refund.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without a R.A. number. To start the return process, please call us at (229) 242-9899 or email us at [email protected]. When a R.A. number is issued, Rugs A Bound will also e-mail the address that the return should be shipped to along with any other instructions. You have 7 days to return your item(s) from when you are issued the return authorization number.

All items must be returned in the original condition. The returns should be in the original packaging or something equivalent (a heavy-duty disposable plastic painter's tarp is a great substitute). Rugs should be double wrapped in heavy plastic, and taped up securely with packing tape. Do not use duct tape, electrical tape, or trash bags as packaging. The R.A. number must be on the outside of the plastic, since returns will not be accepted without the R.A. number.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on general returns. The returned item should be shipped with a carrier that offers insurance and delivery confirmation such as FedEx or UPS. Rugs A Bound requires return tracking information to be sent to [email protected]. Without return tracking information, Rugs A Bound cannot process your return.

Once the items, complying with our return policy, are received and inspected, Rugs A Bound will replace the item, repair the item, exchange the item or refund the purchase price. At our discretion, any item returned that does not comply to our return policy will be charged a non-compliance fee of 25% of the purchase price or will be refused.

Custom Rugs
Rugs A Bound can make beautiful custom rugs for your decor from the beautiful carpets available from many fine carpet companies. When you find a carpet style or color that you like, we'll be glad to give you a free estimate on your custom rug based on the size that you need. Due to the custom nature of these rugs, they are not returnable, and these orders cannot be canceled once processed. If a custom rug is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Made to Order
Some rug designs are only available via a made to order basis. Since natural products are used in these rugs, slight variations in size and color must be expected. Since the rugs are made specifically for each order received, these orders cannot be canceled once processed. Due to the custom nature of these rugs, they are not returnable. If a made to order rug is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Rug Pads
The non-skid and premium rug pads offered at Rugs A Bound protects your rug, keeps your rug in place, provides a firm base for your rug, and makes vacuuming easier. Rugs A Bound cuts each rug pad for each rug pad order making these selections nonreturnable.

Broadloom Carpet and Roll Runners
When you find a broadloom carpet or roll runner that you like, contact us for a free estimate based on the size that you need. Broadloom carpet and roll runners are nonreturnable, and these orders cannot be canceled once processed. You must inspect the shipment before signing for the delivery and have any damaged noted by the driver upon receipt. If there is any damage during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Restock Fees
Most of the brands featured on Rugs A Bound do not have a restock fee; however, a small number of brands do.   *There is a 15% restock fee is charged on all Capel, Couristan, Dalyn, Karastan, Loloi, Oriental Weavers, The Rug Market, and United Weavers rug returns.

 


SHIPPING POLICY
Rugs A Bound offers free shipping, for rugs and rug pads shipping within the Contiguous United States. This offer excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories. This offer includes standard freight line curb-side delivery of over-sized area rugs. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that rug pads and some over-sized area rugs may be folded and shipped. In some cases, these items will be folded and shipped inside of a box. This has recently become a more standard practice in the industry, due to shipping limitations imposed by FedEx and UPS.

Orders usually take 2-5 business days to be processed. The shipment's transit time differs depending on your area of the country. For most orders, tracking numbers from FedEx or UPS will be sent via email, for the most accurate delivery times. Most in stock orders are received in approximately 7-10 business days, but on some occasions, area rugs may be on back order and the processing and shipping time will vary based on availability. Once an order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Please note, that some over-sized items may have to ship via freight line. In these cases a PRO # or BOL # will be provided for shipment tracking. In these cases, the freight line or one of their shipping partners usually contacts the recipient, to see up an appointment for a delivery time.

Please contact us for a shipping rate quote if you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please provide the item's SKU, the desired size(s), and your shipping address. At this time, Rugs A Bound does not offer international shipping.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING
Taxes are not charged if your order is shipping to a location in the United States outside of Georgia. Orders shipping within Georgia are subject to an 8.00% tax. It is Rugs A Bound's responsibility to collect sales tax revenue on behalf of the state of Georgia.

Rugs A Bound reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make the decision in regards to replacing, repairing, refunding or crediting an area rug return since each issue that arises will have various elements to take into consideration.
