Every rug that Rugs A Bound sells is a new factory sealed rug.  We do not sell previously used rugs.

Can I place an order outside of the Continental United States?
Contact us for a shipping rate quote if you are in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please provide the item's sku and desired size or sizes as well as your address.  Rugs A Bound does not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Rugs A Bound offers free shipping within the Continental U.S.  Contact us for a shipping rate quote if you are outside of the Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii or Canada) and please provide the item's sku and desired size or sizes as well as your address.

How true are colors of the products displayed on your site?
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.  We make every effort to show you an image of the exact size and shape of the rug you are purchasing.  If this image is not available, we display the standard rectangular rug images of a 5' x 8' or 8' x 11' depending on availability from the manufacturer.  Please note that smaller sizes, such as 2' x 3's, will usually have the patterned scaled down to fit the smaller dimensions which does cause variations from the images of the larger sized rugs.

How quickly will my rug(s) arrive?
Orders usually take 2-5 business days to be processed before they are shipped.  Shipping time differs depending on your area of the country. 

Tracking numbers from Fed Ex or UPS will be sent via email for the most accurate delivery times.  Most orders are received in approximately 7-10 business days.  On some occasions, area rugs will be on back order, and the processing and shipping time will vary based on availability.

How secure is it to enter my personal information?
Rugs A Bound respects your right to privacy.  We do not sell or share any information about you.   Your confidential information will remain secure at all times.  All of the orders placed through Rug A Bound.com will be processed securely through a VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server, using the latest 128-bit key encryption technology and stringent password-protection rules.  Rest assured when you see the padlock in the address bar that your information is safe.  Our sophisticated encryption technique, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), protects all of your personal information.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Taxes are not charged if your order is shipping outside of Georgia.  Orders shipping within Georgia are subject to an 7.00% tax.  It is Rugs A Bound's responsibility to collect sales tax revenue on behalf of the state of Georgia. 

In order to offset this extra expense Rugs A Bound will discount all items with a Georgia ship address so that when the 7.00% tax is added to the total will be equal to our advertised price.  This allows Georgia residents to purchase the rugs on our site at the same advertised price as the residents of the rest of the country.
